No. Many of our clients live abroad. We act on your behalf under a signed management agreement, so you do not need to be in Dubai to have your property managed.

We collect the rent from the tenant according to the payment schedule in the tenancy contract and pass it on to you. How and when payments are transferred is set out in your management agreement.

Responsibilities are set by the tenancy contract and Dubai tenancy law. As a rule, the landlord covers major repairs and the tenant covers minor day-to-day items. We arrange the work and agree costs with you before any non-urgent repair.
