This Privacy Policy explains how VVS Estate (Valentina Real Estate Brokers L.L.C.), a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“VVS Estate”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit vvsestate.com (the “Website”), contact us, apply for a job, enquire about VVS Academy or use our services. We handle personal data in line with UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. The personal data we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address when you fill in a form, call, email, message us on WhatsApp or use the chat on the Website.
- Enquiry details: the property or service you ask about, your budget, preferred areas, bedrooms, timing and anything else you tell us.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, CV and any other information you include when you apply through the Careers page.
- VVS Academy enquiries: your name, contact details and any file or message you send us.
- Identity and transaction documents: if you go ahead with a purchase, sale, rental or other service, we may need a copy of your passport, Emirates ID, visa, proof of address, source of funds information and similar documents. This is required by UAE anti-money laundering rules.
- Newsletter details: your email address and name if you subscribe to our updates.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you use the Website, collected through cookies and similar tools.
