Valentina Rusu is a Dubai based real estate executive and the Founder and CEO of VVS Estate, the brand name of Valentina Real Estate Brokers LLC. With more than 14 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, her professional background spans property advisory, sales leadership, international real estate, business development and legal consulting.
Originally from Moldova, Rusu has been based in Dubai since 2012. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law, with academic work focused on cybercrime, alongside studies in politics.
Her multidisciplinary background in law, business development and real estate has shaped an advisory approach focused on transaction structure, market analysis and long term client relationships.
